How to beat a copycat

So today I brought a chess set to school and played people in my class. Because I've been playing chess competitively and just a lot more than everyone else (to my understanding), I decided to play with 1 minute to 5 minute time odds, and it's been going great! Someone who said they would play me said that their plan would be to just copy all my moves. Normally, it would be fine, except in a situation where I'm really low on time, I think it would be quite easy for me to flag. The Petrov seems good as most new players won't know how to play after I take the knight, so that's probably what I'm going to play, except does anyone have any other suggestions that don't involve blundering pieces and thinking that your opponent won't see it?
Maybe try 1 e4 e5 2 Nf3 Nf6 3 Nc3 Nc6 4 Bb5 Bb4 5 O-O O-O 6 d3 d6 7 Bg5 Bg4 8 Bxf6 Bxf3 9 Qxf3 Qxf6 10 Qxf6 gxf6 11 Nd5.
Petrov's will soon force the black player to think for themselves: 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nf6 3. Nxe5 Nxe4 4. Qe2 Qe7 5. Qxe4

If you want to win fast try 1. e4 openings but if you want slow but almost guaranteed play 1.d4

Yes I know which is why I’m planning to only play it against the worse players that wanted to copy.

Yeah I don’t go for tricks which I probably should start doing but I haven’t lost yet playing 1. d4
I think that 1 d4 d5 2 c4 c5 is regarded as better for White than traditional options such as 1 d4 d5 2 c4 e6.
Play 1. e4 e5 2. Bc4 Bc5 3. Qh5 Qh4?? 4. Qxh4 (or even 4. Kf1!! Kf8?? 5. Qxf7#).

Yeah, I would try that but I don’t really know the exact levels of some players. I think all of them are good enough to spot huge blunders. Another thing I saw was 1. d4 d5 2. Qd3 Qd6 and then 3. Qh3 Qh6 4. Qxc8#
