Endgame position

In an over the board game, I reached the following position: en.lichess.org/analysis/3r2k1/1p2rpbb/pN1p3p/P2Pp1pP/1P2P1P1/4RNP1/8/2R3K1_w_-_-

I was white in this game.
At a first glance, it appears to be winning, but I was unable to find a winning plan and agreed to a draw, which was maybe not the best thing to do.
Black has barely any space and can't really do anything, but can white do anything either?
I would use the analysis board for this, but for several reasons, I believe asking people may bring more effective results.

Any help is appreciated.
Patzer here, not using the engine either because this is fun. 90% guaranteed I will give crappy advice but this comment is all in the spirit of fun.

Nd2, Rec3, Rc7, trade a pair of rooks, and if the pawn is defended from behind play Rd7? But then maybe he has the utterly stupid-looking move Rc8, taking advantage of the knight being tied down to your own rook if his king is on e8. You win a pawn but he gets counterplay. It's at least a way to not draw, though.
It is an interesting plan, my only problem with it is that is opens up the position a bit more, and since black has the Bishop pair that may not be for the best. It may be the best thing to do, though.
Thank you for taking the time to post and the idea.
Hedgehog has the right idea. Defend e4 (either with the knight or bring the king up) thus freeing your rooks to double on the c-file and invade. In concrete terms if black defends withRb8 after you have a rook on c7 then Nd7 will chase the rook away and win the pawn.

More generally, when you feel you have a good endgame position but cant see a winning plan don't worry about it, just play to improve the position of your pieces and then see what happens.
The position is concretely winning.

Nd2 to defend e4, followed by Rec3 to double on the c-file.

Black then has serious problems after the coming Rc7.

1) If black tries Rxc7 Rxc7, then the b-pawn is falling after Nd7 (works if the rook goes to b8 as Keru pointed out, and also if black tries to play Bf8 so that Rxc7 Rxc7 is followed by Re7)

2) If black tries to stand pat by doubling rooks on the e-file, so he doesn't have to make any exchanges, then Nc8 forces the trade, after which white wins as in 1.
