I agree with Chessy64 its very obvious this player was cheating or at least lying about their rating, they encourage debauchery and other inappropriate behavior on their twitch channel. This brazen example of cheating will only embolden others in her community to further push their luck and cheat against honest players like Chessy64. We as a community should rally behind him to get this degeneracy pushed out of our beautiful game.

My highest rating of all time for rapid was 2353 the reason why my rating is now provisional is because if you do not play rated for some time it comes up with a next to your rating?,
