Also 1. g4 g5 2. f4! Grob Openings: Coca-Cola Gambit. It's a real think try it.
Really, there are a lot of weird gambits if the players feel like doing strange moves. For instance: 1. a4 b5 (I've just invented it).
But, if a pair of Grand Masters have a silly day you can see things like 1. b4 c5 : Sokolsky Opening (also known as the Orangutan or Polish); Birmingham Gambit.
Also d4 nf6 c4 e5 Budapest gambit and albin countergambit
Herrstrom Gambit 1.Nf3 g5
1.e4 e5 2.d4 this is the start for some gambits (danish gambit, goring, urusov)
@YatrikPatel I'm agreed with you. It's a good definition. However the point is the word "hope" and there are people with unsound hopes.
The most of the gambits are unsound if the rival play well but you play against a human and some times the purpose could be taking him out of book though the position is objectively worse.
(Anyway, the example I've made, it was only a joke ;-)
