Hiccups counter with Red indicator

A game starts and we see our player with the green icon, then after a few moves, their icon turns red. This continues to fluctuate and distract me until it stays red and then I get a chance to claim a victory or a draw.

The red icon means ... Player has left the game.
The green means ... Player has joined the game.
Player has left the game.
Player has joined the game.

It would be nice to see a count down number or a number beside the red icon saying it's their 5th and last time that they leave the game. Seeing the limit of red hiccups is a plus feature for me.

This number warns the players that if they reach the max number of hiccup interrupts, the automated claim for victory will be sent to the other player.

This feature would encourage players to stay on the game. It would be a new way to register the ones that have the red icon appear too often. Maybe a percentage number in the profile page, like the game completion rate : 100% is good.
That would be very disadvantageous for people with an unstable connection, which is likely the cause of a short "red icon hiccup".
The red detector should be able to detect a bad connection by the compensation ping which could be in yellow and when a player minimizes or closes the web page have it in red.

The timer that counts down before generating the option to draw or win is obviously already in place. I was hoping to see that count down displayed.

An active browser focused on the foreground, should always be green.

When a browser blurs into the background, something must be sent to the hiccup icon to show red. These are the times the icon should turn red and have a countdown limit to the number of times it turns red.

I can imagine users reading their emails while playing a chess game. So it will obviously go red, but if there is a limit to that style of play, it will also limit other users looking for assistance. After all we should be pondering about the next moves and not reading our emails. If we do not apply our selves truly to the match, our chess rating becomes inaccurate.
#4 If I'm easily winning a game, it no longer requires my full attention. There's only so much that can be done to require players to pay attention during a game.
The red icon appears when it is my opponents turn to play.
I have seldom seen it when it was my turn to play.
I play a move, then my opponents hiccup icon turns red.

This is when the counter must start counting the number of times that player leaves the game.

A player can leave the game all they want when it's my move to play, but don't leave the game after I played my next move.
It just doesn't feel right. It looks more like the player is going for assistance than reading an email.

Chess has a cadence, and when it falls off step, subconsciously the opponent knows something is not right. The number of times a player temporarily leaves their game when it is their turn to play, should also be included in a cheat detection system.
