Due to the shocking revelations released by the wall street journal in regard to GM Alejandro Ramirez it seems that for years St Louis Chess club knew about his continuous behavior and swept it under the rug therefore is it really acceptable for them to run prestigious chess tournaments with that type of mentality? the chess community should separate itself from business that cover up acts described in the article. I will post the article in this post for people to read and discuss their opinion I think Saint Louis Chess club acted disgracefully in regard to this matter and they should be penalized severely as covering up this type of behavior is completely unacceptable.
