can we add level limitation based on experience( number of games played) when someone creatz a game, because many of lichess members dont enjoy playing with alternatives(am one of them)..and sorry for bad english

The player that accepts the challenge in the lobby is willing to play an English opening (Reversed Sicilian). We would get lots of experience in one type of opening. Maybe this is the way to master an opening.

An alternative account ,also known and abbreviated as an alt, is an account created by someone who doesn't want to lose ratings and/or tries to go for a big win streak and/or something like that.
For example:
You reach 2000, don't want to lose ratings. You open another account. That another account is called your alt.
(you might be unfamiliar, but this is VERY common in atomic)
