Stockfish asserts a -1.1 advantage here but I don't see how to capitalize on it. Any thoughts?

youcan try doubling the rooks on the d file and try d5 somehow although even if you manage this it will still be a draw probably

Bring your king to e6,achieve the d5 pawn break,exchange rooks and white has two backwards pawns as targets and you're going to be up a pawn in a won endgame.

Final position of 1st game is a simple fortress, only one weak spot (f3) that can be easily held. From 19th move some improvements are possibile for black but, imho, white can keep equal the position anyway.
