i am afraid not if he did not notate whatsoever. I am also surprised considering fide penalizes no notation.

basically how do you cope with when you unintentionally allow weak noobs to flag you more often than they should.

just do not play openings that requires a lot of thinking i assume would make it taking longer to become tired.
