Bots Violating Lichess Terms of Service

I noticed that some of the really weak bots (for example, lichess.org/@/SxRandom/ and @RandomMoverBot) have marks on their profile stating that they violated the Lichess Terms of Service. I am just curious to ask, is there actually any part of the terms of service these bots have violated, or do they just have this mark to prevent any games played against them from being rated?

I would perfectly well understand if it's the latter, as allowing games played by these bots could make them a means to farm rating points, which would be harmful to the rating system here.

I think the only possible reason BOTs would be banned for is they are getting farmed. Getting your rating up against a BOT that is terrible is a common problem, and it is the reason for any ban. Maybe I am wrong, if so dismiss what I said before.
I know there was an issue in the past with people farming RandomMoverBot, which I assume led to the mark.
That mark used to be "this player manipulates their rating number". It got merged with the general ToS mark.
I once reported the Top 4 of the yearly Rapid Arena for Rating Manipulation, all of them farmed against some selfmade bots, all of them got banned, I dont get why people do stuff like that
Rating doesnt matter. We play chess. Note to the outter online Chess World. Thanks.
