The server was down for few minutes then my game was interrupted. Logging in again I just found my game lost for running out of time. Please solve the issue!! It is your server issue, why should I pay for it?

Ok, free, but I just joined classical and I lost 133 points from 1933. I won my first game. That's not fair. Results when server is down must be canceled, they are wrong.
I LOVE the site, but I do lose a lot of games due to disconnect issues including one today. I take some comfort in knowing I'm not alone and also it is a free site.
The best thing about this site is that it is free. Sure, there are a few times where connection is a problem, but this is still the best chess site.

It's funny cause the other day I lost one game because of a disconnection, but today I won a game because of it. Status quo restored for me haha.
