My profile shows that I have a subscription and it has been extended until the end of July, but I have not received a wing
On my side I just got a message: End of Lichess Patron subscription. Even though I'm an active subscriber and looking at my Donate page everything looks fine.
So maybe they are having a problem with their donation stuff currently.
Where on your profile does it show that? I don't see it anywhere. You can also check with your payment provider if it actually went through. If yes, send an email to contact@lichess.org with the transaction details. Otherwise, it might have gotten cancelled for some reason.
