publicity at lichess

i appreciate it very much that there is none here at least from lichess itself. but how about the users?

when i played a tournament - http://de.lichess.org/tournament/n2yg3omK. I happend to read worldchess365 greeting from his website using the same name as his name here.

within or outside the limits of tolerance? i find it bad style at least and disturbing.
I guess that's it's fine to promote yourself/your site so long as it doesn't become repetitive, spammy and annoying.

Like putting that link in your bio on your profile is fine, a small forum post about it is okay, and even a small thing like that, fine... But if one's constantly saying "go to [website]" everywhere, then that's silly.
but when the user's name is it's site's name? honestly i was surprised he even played some games...
Yeah, true. But I guess you can't really stop people from creating accounts like that. It can be closed, but then another one can be re-opened. As long as it's not stupid (the username) and the user's behaviour isn't spammy/overdoing it, I'd say it's fine.
speaking of bizarre names: one month ago i there was even someone who named himself after the white police officer who shot a unarmed coloured citizen provoking protests all over the states for weeks...
even that account wasn't closed though apparently it's not active any more - for heavens sake.
My favourite one so far has been "caspablanca". Unfortunately they don't play anymore.

In spanish:
Caspa = Dandruff
Blanca = White
