I got a message saying I was refunded 38 points I'd lost to a cheater in blitz yesterday. However I also lost some points to the same player in classical 5 days ago. Is there a time limit on points refund? I have not played very many classical games since 5 days ago, so my current rating is still damaged by this loss.
