Should NMs be allowed to play titled arenas/titled tuesdays

Don't get me wrong on this one-I am NOT underestimating the strength of NMs and doubting their playing prowess, but NM is a title exclusive for only a select number of federations-only RUS and USA that I know of. Is it fair to allow players holding a localised title play in titled exclusive events? Is it not unfair on players belonging to the same strength category of other nations?
I was just asking the fairness of it, not the technicality...I agree that NM is a title but I dont agree that it is the end of discussion xD
Actually they accept 6 or 7 different NM titles. The reason they do not accept some is that the national rating system varies in different countries and the pool of players in some countries is too small for there to be an accurate way of rating them. For example in smaller countries, a NM there could really only be about 1800-1900 FIDE. That is not a master, but a strong player. If they are good enough they could get FIDE titles anyway.
However, there are a lot of chess powerhouses like India and China and Iran and whatnot where there's no such title as NM awarded. I was asking whether allowing NMs would be unfair on players of such feds.

As far as I know, NM titles of almost all countries which has it, is available to be used on lichess. It still is a small number however and many countries like the aforementioned ones having many players who belong to "NM strength" are left out of titled-exclusive events. Isn't that unfair on them?
The point of this post isn't to blame anybody, just to know what the community feels about it.

But if we think about it. can't lichess and chesscom be blamed about it? For accepting a title which is not recognized as an international title by FIDE, to admit players into closed events?
This is a very valid point, Australia doesn't offer NMs; they're called chess experts but don't have titles. Unfortunately I don't feel like excluding NMs is valid either :( Maybe Lichess can offer Lichess Master badges to experts from other countries if they have a verified ELO?
#8 Countries with national ratings have different criteria to classify players as masters/experts.. I dunno if allowing 2000+elo players to a titled only event is a good idea either...
Yeah I don't think making it a rating only event is a good idea; there's a big difference between a titled player and someone who's just specifically good at a certain format online.
