Computer freezes after starting lichess

T-ball? Dio is headbutting his computer......and all you can offer is 'T-ball'?
I have this same problem, Dio. Every time I start lichess, my computer just freezes in place for a few minutes. I can still move my cursor around, but that's the *only* thing I can do. Can't even access the taskbar :(
Maybe we're both drunk :(
I can't even move my cursor. Sometimes Ctrl+alt+delete will unfreeze it, but usually I just have to wait for about a minute to regain mouse control and internet control.

It has nothing to do with being drunk, which I very rarely ever do.
Actually, D_god -- I am experiencing something similar but I believe my problem is related to a router issue
If it's a router issue, why does it only happen when I come to this site?

It only happens when I first access the site, after my computer has been shut down down or restarted.
this is a time of sensitivity & some people have grossly miscontrued my attitude -- not to mention my words. Therefore I offer this explanation:

T-ball is a version of baseball for 5-8 year olds. A ball is placed upon a "T/ support" so that children can learn the basics of the game without having to master hitting a round spinning ball with a round bat....

In slang usage (as I posted above) it means "Why are you making this so easy for me" In other words, although Dionysus is serious, his direct remarks (and the others in the thread) make it easy for me to joke at his expense..... _____ After all the drama, laughter is way overdue...
Ach - Isaiah, you couldn't hurt a fly if you wanted....just get back on topic :D I love you bro :D
Eh, most computers need a minute or two to get warmed up after the OS has loaded. Try waiting ~5 minutes after your OS has loaded and you can see your desktop. Have you tried with another browser? Maybe your current browser doesn't play well with lichess :D
