If I pay $1 to Lichess for one-time, I will get the patron for a month or like for a hour or a day?
And If I pay $1 to Lichess for monthly, I will get for a month, So will lichess keep deducting the $1 from my bank every month?

I do mine with the one-time option and have for years. It just means it does not auto-renew, you still get it for the full month. then at the end of the month you will get a message from lichess in your inbox thanking you for that support and informing you that the month is up, and you can choose whether to do it again or not and then basically repeat the process, so another month you could choose a different amount, if you can afford a little more some months and less other months etc
